Josh and Hannah Ruiz share a deep love for ministry and a passion for serving the Kingdom of God together. Hannah grew up in Minnesota and later followed God’s call to attend Christian Life College in Stockton, California. Josh was raised in the Bay Area of California and also felt led to pursue ministry training at Christian Life College. It was there that both of them were equipped, strengthened, and prepared for the work God had planned for their lives.
After graduating, Josh and Hannah were married in January 2025. Soon after, they moved to Minnesota to support the mission and vision of St. Paul Apostolic Church. They currently serve with joy and dedication in multiple roles. Josh is the Assistant Pastor of Lakes Apostolic Church, the church plant launched out of St. Paul Apostolic. Together, Josh and Hannah also lead the youth ministry, investing in the next generation with a genuine desire to see young people experience God for themselves.
Both Josh and Hannah are honored to serve the body of Christ and are excited for all that God is doing in the Twin Cities and beyond.

STEPHANIE BARCUS
Worship Director
Stephanie Barcus is a licensed minister and music director with a lifelong passion for worship and missions. As a child she began singing in children’s choir and later studied music and missions at both Indiana Bible College and Apostolic Bible Institute.
In 2016, Stephanie answered the call to global missions and moved to South Korea, where she served as an AIMer and then Associate Missionary. In 2017, she became licensed with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI).
Stephanie returned to the U.S. in 2020 at the onset of COVID-19 and soon began assisting her parents with livestreaming church services from their living room. Since then, she has continued serving faithfully at both SPA and Lakes churches, helping in any area she is needed.
She is passionate about people, especially children and teens, and loves seeing lives changed through worship and the Word. She serves with joy, compassion, and a sincere desire to see others thrive in their walk with God.
